I am going to miss Bill's "Hello Sweetheart!" and the cheerful conversation that followed whenever we met in the communal area of Highways. The tributes paid to him at his funeral confirmed that he was much loved for his positive attitude to life.

Thank you for being my dad, who loved, supported and believed in me, who enjoyed life and lived it to the full. Dad enjoyed every moment with his family.
You are greatly missed Bill but right up until close to the end you had a long and happy life. Though sad, itt is good that you are now at peace, and will be hopefully reunited with Betty.
